Join us for a Sunset Adventure! As the sun dips behind the Ten Peaks of Moraine Lake, it casts a golden glow across the lake, enveloping the landscape in a serene ambience. This quieter time of day provides a welcome escape from the busyness of everyday life, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the beauty of your surroundings without distraction. You will have 1.5 hours to spend walking the shoreline or relax as you watch the sun go down. Your guide will help you find all the best places, provide you with homemade snacks and drinks and answer any questions you have along the way. As the sun continues its descent, we’ll make our way to the iconic Lake Louise, where the soft light of golden hour illuminates the turquoise waters and the surrounding peaks. With the peaceful atmosphere of the evening, you’ll have one hour to sit back, relax, and take in the serene beauty of this world-renowned destination. After the sun dips behind the mountains, we'll make our way back to Banff along the scenic Bow Valley Parkway. Your guide will share some local history as you take in the sights at a slower pace. Keep your eyes open for wildlife, as dusk is the time they are most active! Sunset is a much less busy time of day. For those looking for a more relaxing, intimate adventure, explore while everyone else is in town for the night. The lakes will be just as beautiful, with a fraction of the crowds. Please note: the tour time listed upon booking is the pick-up time for all Canmore locations. Pick-ups at all Banff Hotels & the Banff Train Station will occur 30 minutes after the listed time. Please arrive to your selected location 10 minutes early. If you have any questions about your pick-up time & location, please reach out by email. We pick up at all locations in Canmore (excl. Three Sisters) and in Banff at Hotel Canoe, Caribou Lodge, Moose Hotel & Banff Train Station. If your Banff Hotel isn't listed, please use the Train Station as there is free 9-hour parking. Minimum of four people required to run this tour. If the minimum is not met the tour will be canceled and you will be refunded 48 hours prior.
