Road and trail conditions change from day to day, sometimes without notice. We will always do what we can to ensure a great experience by working with you to move or replace stops throughout your tour if weather requires it.

We will provide as much notice as possible if any changes to your itinerary are required. If we cannot provide a quality experience due to weather we will work with you to reschedule or refund if necessary. If unexpected changes occur after the tour has started refunds can not be provided, however we will always do our best to make your experience worthwhile.

We allow extra time on winter tours for winter driving conditions, if your tour runs ahead of schedule we will make sure to have some extra stops on hand.

The lakes freeze in the winter, providing a different kind of beauty than the blue and green waters of summer.

Lake Louise is the only maintained and monitored ice in the area, and the only lake in which skating is available.
